I love visiting the markets, meeting people from different villages, and buying fresh organic herbs and vegetables from the women who bring them to sell. I also enjoy eating Jerusalem’s traditional bread, ka’ak, which vendors often carry on their heads as they walk through the streets. These sights, flavors, and traditions make Jerusalem a place full of warmth, history, and unforgettable beauty.
